The Regional Transportation Development Plan Advisory Committee met on May 28, 2008. The Advisory Committee is made up of consumers, community leaders, elected officials, business people, government representatives - a cross-section of folks LANTA and its consultant invited to participate in the planning process to help broaden the thinking and with the objective of fashioning aspects of the final product that are reflective of the Lehigh Valley community.
Part of the meeting was the requisite 'workshop session' where the committee was invited to respond to these questions:
. Provide opinions and observations as well as identify suggested service and operational improvements for LANTA’s bus service.
. Provide opinions and observations regarding LANTA Metro Plus operations
. Provide a vision of what transportation should look like in the Lehigh Valley 10 to 30 years from now.
